What are Beginner Classes? Two weeks of Beginner Classes are required for anyone new to CrossFit. The first class is FREE to let you try it out! During these classes, we teach you the proper technique and safety associated with the technical skills and lifts we use in CrossFit. In addition to the skill work, there is a challenging, yet fun CrossFit workout performed at every beginner class.
When can I start? You can start the beginner classes any week of your choice. However, you must attend your very first class on a Monday or Tuesday.

Beginner Class Times are as follows:
Sunday: 9AM
Monday – Thursday: 6AM, 9AM, 4:30PM, 6:30PM
Friday: 6AM, 9AM, 5:30PM
Saturday: Noon
